Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (where available at checkout)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the fulfillment center processing your order. The carrier used will be reflected in your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your order date, please contact us at grievingisbreathing@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Grieving Is Breathing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if the package is confirmed lost

If your package is confirmed lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 15 or more business days), please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Grieving Is Breathing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at grievingisbreathing@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We do not mark up shipping rates. Costs reflect carrier rates passed through from our fulfillment partner.
